Outstanding stay! Front desk staff on Sunday noon 7/27 was so helpful and efficient - thank you for kicking off our stay in a great way! We stayed in this hotel about 15 years ago and it was great then, and we were not disappointed this visit. Room was clean, modern, comfortable, filled with nice amenities (coffee station, frig, etc) - all the things you want. Breakfast was fabulous with healthy options included in with the usual eggs, bacon, breads. The staff was friendly!! It's right next door to parking and the Marketplace, and it's a nice walk to the 1776 history stuff. Highly recommend this hotel for your Philly stay. Thank you Hilton Garden!!

I spent three nights at this hotel in mid-December. Overall, it was a positive experience! I stayed in a regular king room. Pros: Location- EASY walking distance to historical points, Wanamaker light show, and the Christmas Village. EVERYTHING in my room was extremely clean- bed, counters, bathroom surfaces, towels, etc. There was a TON of storage in the room. It had a good-sized closet, a shelf/drawer thing, and LARGE cabinets under the television. Especially for a longer stay, it was easy to unpack and get comfortable. All of the staff were helpful, kind, and friendly. I did not speak to a single person who was not smilingly helpful. They were definitely a massive asset for this hotel. Terence was particularly helpful to our group- give that houseman a raise! CONS: My room, at least, had the strangest shower I've ever used. The water controls and showerhead were on the opposite end of where the exceptionally HEAVY door opened, meaning that I had to reach in to turn the water on to warm up and then try to get my arm out before getting it drenched with freezing cold water. I am, admittedly, short. (5'2") Neither of the two chairs in the room- a desk chair and an armchair- allowed me to sit all the way back AND have my feet on the floor. A footrest would be nice! (Granted, had I asked for one, I'm willing to bet I would've been given one.) Also on the topic of my height- the showerhead was adjustable, but it was literally so high that I couldn't reach it to change the settings! TL;DR- I didn't choose this hotel (my company did) but I would 100% stay there again. The "pros" are BIG and the "cons" are small- give this one a try!

The staff were extremely nice and incredibly responsive. They fixed every issue we had within just a couple minutes. The rooms were nice, large size, didn't smell weird. The beds were very comfortable. It's a really good location because it's right next to terminal market, but just keep in mind that the city of Philadelphia in general has a lot of homeless people and it's a little sketchy at night... But that's not something the hotel can control. Also, it says somewhere online that breakfast is included, and that's not correct. You have to pay for it separately.

One night stay in the city for a concert. This hotel was conveniently located and priced. Close to everything. Clean and friendly staff. Walkable to many China Town food gems and Reading Terminal Market. I would recommend and stay again. Note: Parking is separate but it is cheaper than other hotels garage parking /overnight daily prices.

We stayed for e three nights while on vacation. A short (sometimes medium) walk to just about everything in center city - - - Readington Terminal Market, the Convention Center, the Kimmel Center, Walnut Street Theater, etc., etc. Rooms were clean, housecleaning was regular and thorough, and all of the staff was friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed the great location as a family touring the city. Right by Reading Terminal Market- and Chinatown. The parking was the best rate for Philly - Next door for $40 for 24 hours. Also had free electric chargers for my EV. The included breakfast was ok _ Cereals, yogurts, pasties, sausage, oatmeal were very good but the powdered eggs were terrible. After seeing the ala carte breakfast menu - We will not get included breakfast but order off the menu as those items looked very good. There was no cleaners to attend to the room and we were there 3 nights with no one checking or cleaning. That was weird but they gave us extra towels. There were hundreds of teen athletes there for some sports events- fencing and rowing - so the cleaners where busy with entilted teens messes. The staff were friendly and nice. Overall - for the loacation, and It was clean and safe and we would go back and stay. Our view was of the roof of Reading Market and the parking lot. Next time I'll know to ask for a city view.

Great place to stay! This hotel is well maintained, updated, and super clean. It has a great location, the Reading Market, Chinatown, and. Fashion District are all steps away. But the main reason to stay here is the staff. They are all so kind and helpful. They make this place feel so warm and welcoming. We will be staying here whenever we spend the night in Philly.

Excellent service Tanya was a professional and very helpful. She gave me directions of different attractions for me to see, she gave me all the information the hotel and I felt like a family. Starting from the front desk, all the way to the kitchen's employees including all the rest of the Hotel's staff, they made me feel like at my home.Attractions. CarlosRodriguez.
